As a Q Card Acquirer you are responsible for the electronic collection from online and offline merchants in your region. Transactions are routed to the Q Card processing centre for validation.

All merchant transactions are charged based on 1.5% of the value of the transaction. This fee is shared equally between the acquirer and Q Card.

Q Card is a pre-paid product, with value deducted from the card at time of purchase, therefore the risk of charge-back is eliminated.

Payments are made directly to the merchants bank account 24 hours after the receipt of your acquirer batch file athe the Q Card Processing Centre.

All back office processing is carried out at the Q Card Processing Centre.
