Your organisation pays an annual membership fee and a per card issue fee.
Q Card is a pre-paid product, with value deducted from the card at time of purchase, therefore as an Issuer of Q Card, YOU CARRY NO CREDIT RISK.
Value can be loaded to cards via the self service Terminals, merchant point of sales devices, and via the Internet.
All back office processing is carried out at the Q Card Processing Centre.
